Designing a workout program is simple on Hevy Coach.
To create a new Program head to the "Program Library" tab, and you'll see the option to + Create Workout Program. These programs are typically composed of various routines.
Let's create a Upper Lower Program.
Press the buton Create Workout Program
2. Change the name & press Add routine button
3. Create New Routine or Select a Previous Routine
4. Repeat the process for different routines
5. You now have two programs Push Pull Legs and Upper Lower
You have the flexibility to customize each routine by adding exercises, specifying sets, reps, and more to tailor them to your client's specific needs. Additionally, you can organize your programs by creating folders for different workout programs, making it easy to manage your coaching materials.
